EULEN’s ambition is to bring academics and practitioners together, to address the challenges for EU law enforcement in a world without territorial borders. Beneficiaries include bachelor and master level students, PhD students, academics, officials from national and EU institutions, organisations and agencies, practitioners, professionals working in NGOs and societies at large.

We want to create:

1. The infrastructure for a lasting international, cross-sectoral and interdisciplinary research cooperation.
2. An enforcement hub that has integrated stakeholders in its design and (future) agenda.
3. International classrooms and teaching curricula.
4. An independent consortium of experts, and inform societies on the enforcement challenges ahead and their pertinence to achieving societal objectives in Europe and beyond.
